Overview Like any workplace, councils need to have minimum numbers of qualified first aiders as stipulated by the SafeWork Australia First Aid in the Workplace Code of Practice. Depending on their role in the council and the nature of their workplace, staff may need to complete specialised training. St John offers courses specifically suited to the council work environment, including Remote Area First Aid. All courses are available on-site for groups or as individual bookings. First Aid Training
