Provide a structured command, communications and logistics capacity under the Ambulance & First Aid Functional Service - First Aid Functional Group: • Activate/deploy personnel • First aid/casualty triage (on scene/treatment centres/hospitals/welfare facilities) • Patient evacuation (excluding rescue) • Communications 22
