The statement of Cash Flows provides information on the movement of cash in and out of our organisation during the year. Movements associated with operating activities, investing activities and financing activities saw the cash holdings decrease from $3.9m to $1.1m at 30 June 2025, predominantly due to the deficit incurred in 2024/25 and an increase in assets held for future Lottery programs. Financials overview Whilst 2024/25 has been a difficult trading period for St John SA, we continue to maintain a strong financial position, with reported net assets exceeding $21m. In response to the 2024/25 deficit, the Board and management are taking specific actions to improve operating and financial performance in 2025/26, to ensure the organisation’s financial strength can be maintained into the future.
