• We are offering at least two new education programs • More schools are engaged in the First Aid in Schools program, with students able to access first aid training before finishing secondary school • Volunteers and customers have a greater choice of training options with online training volume increasing, while face-to-face options focus on practical activity • Our digital education platform is cutting edge, providing a high quality education experience
